This is proving to be an interesting experience. I find that I have more to say about each photo than I expected. On the down side, I am not keeping up with scanning photo to both .jpg and .tiff. I need to work on that more before the end of the month.
I ordered more archival supplies including some larger bags for bigger photos. I have decided that I will put the photos in the bags and then in the archival sheets I buy in bulk for my notebooks. Then, I will add a family group sheet, pedigree chart and the blog post I have written. It will take time for this to be complete.
The order will come tomorrrow and I have to remember to photograph all of the items as I open the box.
I think I had the most fun working on my grandparent's house and the photographer who lived there. I think that if I do this next year, I should use the first photos of me as a child. Some I have blogged about and I can skip those and just print them out from my blog.
On average about 40 people are reading along. This is great as I don't feel that I am talking to myself.
Hubs has been listening to me read out my posts out loud. I think he will be glad when this is over.
I did have to stop and do more research than I intended. I am finding a lot of missing vital records. Sigh....
